Block #7 - Character Quilt - Mouse with Cookie

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie deals with a boy who gives a cookie to a mouse. After eating a cookie, the mouse has some milk. Then he decides to clean his face. This starts simply enough, but the mouse keeps getting distracted and is constantly moving on to other projects, leaving unfinished ones behind, finally ending up right where he started.  Nothing gets accomplished!

I don't know if you can tell in the picture, but the metal fasteners for his overalls are done with silver puffy paint.  I tried using silver metallic thread, and it kept fraying, so I opted for fabric paint instead!
