Since we've been stuck in the house for almost a week now, (David is also sick with a head cold), we decided the cabin fever was too much today! It was so pretty outside, we decided to try to go for a ride just to get out and change the scenery. It was a short drive to the nearest overlook on the Blueridge, and it was pretty, but short lived. It didn't take long to get tired.......so.........here we are again.....*sigh*.
Tomorrow will be another pretty day, I just know it!!

Oh, Cheryl, I didn't mean for it to be sad. It's just that we both love getting out on a daily basis, especially during the beautiful Fall weather here in the mountains. We are doing fine...just not used to being sick, so a whole week of being inside seems like an eternity!! This, too, shall pass!
I just hate being shut in too - I don't mind staying in on my own decisions when it's cold and gray or hot and unbearable, but not on days like this. But two sicklies at the same time, well, that's just miserable. I hope you both perk up quick this week - it should be a beautiful one!
