Back to Biltmore with the Bikes

Today we got back over to Biltmore with the bikes.  Unfortunately, it's been so long, it was like the first time again.....we didn't get very far.  But, hey, it's a start, right?!!

I think the only reason he agrees to ride bikes is because of THIS!!

 Chocolate, Caramel, Whipped Cream and cherries.

Biltmore has added a small playground for kids 2-12 on the Antler Hill Village area next to Cedric's Tavern. Very unique!

Pisgah Playground 

Neat stairs with landings.  The sandbox is under the highest level, so it was in the shade!

The top level had a roof, so shade there, too.

The top level also had a telescope for searching the property....ARGH-GH-GH!

Benches looked like this....cute!

There is a "box" on tracks in a pond.  The kids can pull on the ropes and make it go from one end to the other.  Seemed to be fun for those playing!

Also, a hand-pump well that pumps water into a trough and flows down into a "barrel".

Lots of "stumps" to jump onto in a LONG line.

A bench style I want for my yard.  Maybe add a back to it.

And, of course, you can't leave Biltmore without seeing beauty all around.  This little guy was hiding behind a column at the ice cream parlor!!
