Judy Gross, our clogging seamstress, made a clogging dress, complete with crinoline for my granddaughter's American Girl Doll. It will be a Christmas present. Now I just need to figure out how to find clogging shoes in a minuscule size!
So cute! I'm sure you could rig up something for the clogging shoes... somehow attach metal pieces... hmm I'll be brainstorming for you! At least you have a couple more months to figure it out.

Maybe for the doll you can just attach some kind of tack on the bottom, like we used to do to make home-made tap shoes....
